The programme kicks off with 14 personal 1 hour sessions, either face to face or via Skype, learning the habits and principles
After each session, you’ll receive a personal follow up email with a summary of what we discussed, examples and exercises to help you practice

After completing the programme, you continue to receive simple, weekly tips by email to keep you on course
